Childcare

Our childcare space is designed to be more than just a nursery; it's a dynamic youth activity center where children can learn, play, and grow. Your little ones can enjoy safe, energetic play on our tumbling mats, promoting physical development and coordination while they have a blast. Our chalkboard wall, coloring activities and LED writing tablets encourage creativity and self-expression, allowing children to draw, write, and explore their artistic talents.

Our staff is caring and attentive to the children's needs while in the center, and always coming up with new and creative activities to keep them entertained.  We must warn you, children cry almost every day...when they have to leave!

Body Composition Analysis

Using Near-Infrared Light (NIR) technology, our body composition system provides the second most accurate method (Hydro-static measuring, involving complete submersion in water is the most accurate) for analyzing and assessing your body composition. No intrusive pinch calipers or electrical impedance scales that can be affected by static electricity.

The NIR method provides a highly accurate analysis of your hydration, body fat and lean body mass percentages. You receive a 4-page report providing a wealth of information about your body composition and how to start making the improvements you desire. All members are provided one free body composition analysis and fitness assessment. Additional tests can be performed for only $5.

Tanning

Simply the finest tanning beds in the world! Equipped with 'bronzing' bulbs, these beds give you a more even, bronze tone instead of the reddish 'burned' look other beds can give you. Call for information on tanning packages.

Smoothie Bar

We offer a complete line of custom-made pre- and post-workout meal replacement shakes, made with quality protein powders. A shake right after your workout is a great way to feed those hungry muscles. Order your shake while you're still training, and have it waiting on you when you're done.

Drop in at lunch and grab one to go. Evenings find friends gathering at the juice bar for a little socializing...stop in and join the fun!
